Privacy Policy
Rocket Ball by NervesStudio. Last updated: 3 November 2026.
This policy explains what information Rocket Ball uses and why. We keep it short because we collect very little. Contact: support@nervesstudio.com.
Information stored on your phone
The game saves your settings, your player name (if you type one), your coins, the cars you own and how many reward ads you watched today. This stays on your phone. We don't receive it. It is removed when you uninstall the game or use Delete account & data in the app.
Online play
When you play online, the game connects to our room server to pair you with another player. During a match, the server passes your player name and game messages (controls and match state) to your opponent. Like any internet server, it also sees your IP address while you are connected. We do not store these messages or build profiles from them. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, which can include IP addresses, for a short time.
Names are filtered, and other players only see the name you choose. Do not use your real name or personal details as your player name.
Same-Wi-Fi play uses your local network only; nothing goes through our server.
Ads
Rocket Ball shows optional rewarded ads (you choose to watch an ad for a reward) through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use device information such as your advertising ID, IP address and ad interactions to show and measure ads. In the European Economic Area, the UK and similar regions, Google's consent form asks for your choice first. You can change that choice any time in Settings → Ad privacy. See how Google uses data in ads and Google's Privacy Policy.
Purchases
If you buy coins, the payment is handled entirely by Google Play. We never see your card or payment details. Google Play tells the game that a purchase was made so it can give you your coins.
Children
Rocket Ball is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your choices and deleting your data
You can delete everything the game stores on your phone at any time from Menu → Account → Delete account & data. See how to delete your data. You can also ask us by email.
Security
Connections to our server use encryption (wss/HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, but we only handle the minimum information described here.
Changes
If the game starts using new kinds of information, for example cloud accounts, we will update this page and the date above before it happens.
